In divorce what factors are considered by a judge when dividing property?

Financial and non-financial contributions to the acquisition, conservation and improvement of property are to be considered by the Court, along with the additional consideration of the age and state of health of the parties, the income, property and earning capacity of each party, standard of living, responsibility to support others and if they are responsible for the care of a person under the age of 18 years.
