My ex-spouse threatens to take the children to live interstate or overseas. What can I do?

If you have a reasonable fear that your ex-spouse will take the children to live interstate or overseas without reference to you, then you must immediately seek orders restraining the other parent from taking the children outside of the defined area. It will also be necessary to seek an order placing the children on the Airport Watch list, which will prevent the other party relocating the children outside the Commonwealth of Australia.
